Receiving an offer
Centi sends you an email notification as soon as your administrator activates an offer for you. Click the link to go straight to the offer, or sign in to the Investor Portal at any time and find the offer in the Offers section of your home page.Offer overview on the home page
Active offers appear as cards in the Offers section of your home page, one card per offer. Each card shows:- The organisation and company the offer relates to
- The subscription deadline (the date by which you must complete and submit your subscription)
- The current status of the offer (see Offer statuses below)
The subscription flow
Subscribing to an offer takes you through a short multi-step wizard.Read the offer introduction
The first screen summarises what to expect: submitting your information, the administrators review period, signing (and paying, if applicable), and investment completion. Read through and click Next to continue.
Choose your investment method
Select whether you are investing as an individual or through a holding company. If you select a holding company, KYB verification may be required before you can proceed.
Enter your personal or company details
Provide your contact information and confirm or update your address. This data is shared with the administrator as part of your subscription application.
Select your subscription amount
Review the offer securities — including the security name, price per unit, and total units available. If the offer allows a custom subscription amount, enter how much you want to invest. For fixed-allocation offers, your allocation is pre-filled.If your offer involves multiple securities and they have a strict ratio between them, for instance 80% Ordinary Shares and 20% Preference Shares the amount you input will be automatically rounded to a value which matches the ratio.
If KYC verification is required and has not yet been completed, Centi redirects you to the identity verification flow when you start the subscription flow. Complete verification and you will be returned to the offer automatically. See KYC Verification for details.
Signing the subscription agreement
After you submit your application, the program administrator reviews it. Once approved, you will receive a signing request to your email via DocuSign. Open the DocuSign email, review the document, and apply your electronic signature. You do not need to return to the Centi portal to sign — the entire signing process happens inside the DocuSign interface. Once you have signed, the offer card on your home page updates to reflect the signed status. After signing
Once the fund manager receives your signed agreement and — where required — your payment, they complete the settlement process. Centi then registers the security event and the transaction appears in your Transaction History. You also receive an email confirmation at this point.Offer statuses
Each offer has a status label that reflects where it sits in the lifecycle. Some states can show two status labels at once — for example Pending signature and Pending payment when both are outstanding simultaneously.| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| (no status label) | The offer is open and waiting for your subscription, or your subscription has been received and is under review. The subscription deadline is shown on the card. |
| Pending signature | Documents have been sent to your email via DocuSign. Sign them before the signing deadline shown on the card. |
| Pending payment | Payment instructions are available. Complete the transfer before the payment deadline shown on the card. |
| Signed | You have signed the documents. |
| Paid | Your payment has been marked as received. |
| Fully financed | Your investment is fully covered by a loan arranged through your fund manager. No additional payment is required from you. |
| Declined | You have declined the offer. The fund manager has been notified and no further action is required. |
